By accessing or using East Side Estate Liquidation Co's online auction platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
All bids are binding. The winning bidder is required to complete payment within 24 hours of auction close. A buyer's premium of 15% is added to the hammer price. Applicable state and local taxes apply.
Items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window. Failure to collect items may result in forfeiture of payment and a no-show fee. East Side Estate Liquidation Co is not responsible for items left after the pickup deadline.
All items are sold as-is. Descriptions and condition notes are provided in good faith but are not a warranty. Bidders are encouraged to review all photos and descriptions carefully before bidding.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. East Side Estate Liquidation Co reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
